Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 2026. These Terms govern your relationship with and access to Ronaldie.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, integrating, installing, or interacting with Ronaldie ("the Service", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access, install, or use the Service in any capacity.

Notice to Community Administrators: If you install Ronaldie within a server, organization, or group, you represent that you hold the necessary administrative authority to bind that group to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use Ronaldie, you must be at least 13 years old (or meet the statutory minimum age of digital consent required in your country, such as 16 in certain jurisdictions of the European Economic Area). If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian to access the Service.

3. User Accounts & Security

When accessing Ronaldie via third-party authentication platforms (such as Discord, GitHub, or email authentication), you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials. You agree to notify Ronaldie immediately of any unauthorized use or security compromise regarding your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct Guidelines

You agree to engage with the Service strictly in compliance with applicable laws and respectful community standards. You explicitly agree that you shall NOT:

Engage in harassment, stalking, bullying, defamation, threats, or any form of unlawful intimidation.
Exploit, spam, flood, or trigger automated bot scripts intended to degrade server performance or circumvent rate limitations.
Reverse engineer, decompile, dissect, or attempt to extract the source code, API keys, or backend architecture of Ronaldie.
Distribute malware, phishing links, trojans, ransomware, or harmful computational scripts.
Violate the Terms of Service or Developer Community Guidelines of any parent platform (including Discord Developer Terms).
Misrepresent yourself as a member, developer, or official representative of Ronaldie.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

Our Rights: All intellectual property rights, trademarks, branding, user interfaces, documentation, and underlying proprietary software powering Ronaldie remain the exclusive property of Ronaldie and its contributors.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of any text, images, or assets you provide while using the Service. By submitting content through Ronaldie, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, cache, display, and process your content as required to deliver the Service to you.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may display links or integrate with third-party websites and tools. Ronaldie does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any content, policies, or operations conducted by third-party services.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

RONALDIE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RONALDIE AND ITS OPERATORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RONALDIE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR REVENUE.

8. Termination & Guild Blacklisting

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or indefinitely restrict access for any user, guild, or organization at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, in the event of any detected violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or network exploitation.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved via good-faith informal negotiations.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally to reflect feature additions, operational standards, or legal statutory requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Ronaldie constitutes full acceptance of updated terms.

Numeric user IDs, guild/server IDs, and channel IDs necessary to remember server preferences, prefix settings, and command authorizations.

Feature flags, custom prefixes, administrative role IDs, and ephemeral error logging to monitor stability and prevent crashes.

* Privacy Guarantee: Ronaldie does NOT harvest, scan, or retain normal chat logs, personal messages, or private media files.

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is strictly applied to:

Persisting your custom server settings and configured bot roles across system reboots.
Detecting, mitigating, and blocking command flooding, spam loops, or API denial-of-service attempts.
Analyzing aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage statistics to guide development.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Under international privacy regulations (including GDPR), we process minimal data based on:

Contractual Necessity: Delivering core bot features you or your server administrator requested.
Legitimate Interests: Protecting the Service from malicious exploitation and maintaining continuous uptime.

Regardless of your physical location, you enjoy the right to:

Request an export of any stored information linked to your account ID.
Request full, irreversible deletion of your data from our systems.
